Overview

McArthurGlen Group is a leading developer, owner and manager of designer outlet villages in Europe. The Group partners with the world's leading fashion and luxury brands, offering more than 75 million annual customers discounts of 30-70% in village environments. Currently, McArthurGlen has 20 designer outlets across Europe with 500,000 m2 of retail space.

Delete collaborated with McArthurGlen’s internal marketing teams and above-the-line agency WARL to create a new European Digital marketing platform – including and overall digital strategy websites in multiple territories including, France, Luxembourg, Italy, Germany and Greece. The process included developing a new multilingual content management system that fed multiple sites, a new streamlined user experience and improved brand layer – all built to drive user engagement around retail brands and their offers.

The project saw us producing content for most of the centres including imagery and copywriting, as well as optimising each site along a strict SEO strategy to ensure good natural rankings.

Other activities conducted: Ongoing maintenance and updating programme, seasonal and event based site changes, ongoing functional updates, mobile site versions, email marketing and CRM, PPC, SEO, Facebook advertising, destination marketing and tourism programme.
